Eislynn is a darkly whimsical story following the ghost of a young girl as she searches for the afterlife. The supernatural figures that she meets on her journey are based on Celtic folklore. Each strange character acts as a guide to Eislynn and her companion, the Boar, during their adventure through the ancient forest. Readers can learn about the original Celtic stories which inspired Eislynn by perusing the glossary at the end of the book.
